​It's simple, we need to secure:

Food | T-Shirt | Goodies bag and its content | Venue  
in sponsorship - directly or indirectly

and

Marketing (yup spread the words) | Volunteers (to prep and run the day)
in terms of being hands on deck

how to make it so

​So here is what we will try. We are going to use Trello, a task management tool.

Each person/thing we need is listed as a card on the trello board...
If you are up for picking up any item (i.e. a card) you just need to:

1. Double click and in the comment field, put in your detail with your name, email and social media account(s) 
2. Move the card over to the column with the title "Things/People Volunteered"

Let's do it:

(It will become clearer when you see the board, Steph has already volunteered!)
